Information Research shows that children under 18 spend on average four hours in front of media every day. This does not include the computer or gaming consoles. Too much time spent with media and not enough time spent outdoors affects attention span. This leads to children getting bored more easily and wanting entertainment to be provided to them on a plate.

Inactivity can lead to obesity, but all is not lost. Get outdoors and active!
