We are off on my first camping trip this summer. My dad has got a new tent and we are off for a few days to try it out. It should be good fun, but I'm not so sure about the creepy crawlies.
Also, how am I going to dry my hair, or wash it properly? There had better be decent showers there.
What are the facilities normally like? |

| It all depends on the camp site you go to. Most camp sites have decent shower blocks and somewhere to plug in your hairdryer. You'll have a great time camping. |

We put the tent up in the backyard last weekend and slept in it. It was way cool. It was amazing how many stars you can see in the sky. It was a very clear night though.
We chatted past midnight, and I fell asleep soon after snuggling down in my sleeping bag. I was woken early by lots of birds tweeting, and also cos the airbed had gone flat.
Still, I enjoyed it, which surprised me.
Can't wait for the hols. |
