Outdoor Events ‘EXTREME’ the youth lifestyle brand and Drift Allstars, Europe’s leading drifting series, are pleased to announce a sponsorship partnership and long term support package.

The EXTREME Drift Allstar European series opening event will see 40 drivers from 14 nations do battle on a customised urban track built specifically for the British Drift GP at Stratford Park, London on May 17-18th. The series delivers a great spectacle in urban locations that entertains and wows the crowd. It consist of a 7 stop tour around Europe with stops in the Czech Republic, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania culminating in its final event in Warsaw Poland in September.

Lord Mayor and GB Paralympic skier to attend Winter Olympic and Paralympic themed roadshow in Birmingham

Ackers Adventure, Birmingham’s outdoor activity centre, is kick-starting the winter season and celebrating the upcoming Winter Olympics on Saturday 16th November as they host the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Birmingham, Councillor Mike Leddy and Pauline Leddy, and GB Paralympian Anna Turney at a ‘Slide2Sochi’ roadshow.



Note: The £5 TRY sessions are suitable for those 8 years of age and above although younger skiers may be possible on the day. The GO ski sessions are currently 14 – 25 years of age.

Registrations for the 8th Pass’Portes du Soleil MTB trek open at 9am GMT (10am in France) on the 10th February at www.passportesdusoleil.com.

Entries are strictly limited so register early to be sure to get your place. Last year 1000 people registered in the first hour and 3000 registered in the first 24 hours! 94% of these participants said they hoped to take part again, so the race to register is likely to be fought harder than ever!
